Get next year's sports physical done before summer!  

In partnership with Caldwell Regional Medical Center, students will be able to get their sports physicals done at the school on May 20th.  This physical will be good for 2026-2027 school year.  Attached is a copy of the forms.  A printed copy will also be given to students on Tuesday.  A parent/guardian does NOT have to attend, but forms must be COMPLETED and SIGNED for the student to get their physical.  They will leave the forms with the school when done.
