Let There Be Light!

Last week in science, students explored how light moves and changes when it passes through glass and lenses. Through hands-on lab stations, they used flashlights with mirrors, prisms, and curved and flat glass to observe how light reflects, bends, and changes shape.
“Students rotated through stations using flashlights with mirrors, prisms, and curved and flat glass to observe how light reflects, bends, and changes shape,” shared Ms. Potelle.
Along the way, students made predictions, recorded observations, and even discovered that “prisms can make eyes look much bigger!”
Science is always more exciting when students get to explore and discover firsthand!
