8th graders in Computer Applications recently wrapped up their Internet and Computer Basics unit. As part of the hands on experience, students visited Kanokla, the town’s internet provider, to explore the server room. They learned about fiber cables, IT, and how internet connections reach every home. Mason Teeter brought in three computer cases for students to take apart, giving them a firsthand look at key components like the power supply, CPU, and hard drive.
