Student Support Services Coordinator
As a child, my dad was in the Air Force, so we moved quite a bit. I graduated from Rose Hill High School in 2005. In 2009, I graduated from Kansas State the first time. I graduated again in Dec. 2014.
I have attended several conferences with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed, behavior, and regulation.
This will be my first year as Caldwell’s At-Risk Coordinator. I’m very excited to be joining the Blue Jay team!
After I graduated from K-State in 2009, I worked as a third grade teacher on Fort Riley, Kansas. After six years there, I decided that it was time to be closer to home. I taught at Rose Hill Intermediate School as third grade teacher for three years before moving to Caldwell.
My husband and I were married November 17, 2018. Hank Futhey is a proud Caldwell alum. He and I enjoy traveling, movie watching, home projects, and spending time with our families.
When not working, I enjoy cheering on K-State. Go Cats! Hank and I are close to both of our families, so we spend a lot of time with them. Cooking, drinking coffee, and crafting with my Cricut are some of my other favorite things!
