October students of the month include LA Thompson, Abi Schmidt, Jesse Cooper and Brecken Hutsler. These students display a strong work ethic, purpose to details and a desire to succeed. Congratulations to all of them.
LA Thompson is a senior at Caldwell High School. He is the son of Arcine and Tammy Thompson. Mrs. Madsen said, “LA is an active leader and participant in class and on the athletic teams.” She added, “He is willing to help others and takes the initiative to give his best at whatever he is doing.” His future plans include attending College of the Ozarks and majoring in wildlife conservation. LA enjoys playing sports, video games and hunting.
Abi Schmidt is a senior at Caldwell High School. Abi is the daughter of Daniel and Trilby Schmidt. Mrs. Thomas states, “Abi is hard working and strives to have a positive attitude at all times.” She added, “She is never missing a smile and spreads cheer throughout the halls.” Abi plans on attending a 4 year college, but is undecided on a major at this time. Abi enjoys playing basketball, watching Netflix and hanging out with friends.
Brecken Hutsler is a 6th grade student at Caldwell Middle School. She is the daughter of Jory Hutsler and Kristin Hutsler. Mrs. Teeter said, “Brecken has a pleasant personality, beautiful smile and is always willing to help others.” Brecken enjoys riding horses and playing softball. Her future plans are to attend school to become a paramedic.
Jesse Cooper is a 6th grade student at Caldwell Middle School. Jesse is the son of Adam and Zenobia Cooper. Mrs. Schmidt said, “Jesse is a very hard working, intelligent young man.” She added, “I enjoy having him in class.” Jesse wants to be a veterinarian when he grows up. His hobbies include playing video games and reading.
